AIQ updates for September 17th, 2024

New features, optimizations and bug fixes to be released September 17th, 2024.

We have updated the new navigation to nest pages and rename settings where it makes sense.

Nested pages and where to find them:
- Company Account now houses: Account Info, Team Members, Email / Domain settings, Retail Stores, Brand Stores, My Products, Reviews, Activity Log and Support History
- Alerts & Reports now houses: Alerts Manager, Points Reporting (previously housed in Loyalty Settings), Recurring Reports (also available in Analytics)
- Billing & History now houses: Billing Plans, Billing History and Transactional Msgs
App settings has been renamed to Loyalty App

When navigating to Texting Settings, you will now see a new setting called ‘Default Texting Logo’
- Default Texting Logo: This default texting logo goes out with all text messages that do not have explicit images set
- Opt-in Text Logo: The opt-in texting logo goes out for all opt-in messages
In addition, the "Use default opt-in" toggle has been moved above the "Default opt-in message" input field

Text Campaign Preview

10DLC-Approved Users will now be able to preview text campaigns! When finalizing content on Step 3 of the campaign builder, you will now see a 'Send Preview' button just above the phone preview.
Important Note: Preview text will cost the same credit amount as a regular SMS or MMS message.

Short Code Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) texts will now be sent via short code instead of 10dlc numbers. This update allows for more reliable delivery and higher rate limits.

[Dutchie POS] Mirror archives will be enabled by default for any newly set up integration
