AIQ updates for September 10th, 2024
Stripe Payments Integration
AIQ Ecommerce now integrates with Stripe for payments, enabling Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Important Note: Stripe does not support payment processing for cannabis companies. For restricted industries like CBD, tobacco, and vape/e-cigarette companies, approval from Stripe is required to use their payment platform.
POS Enhancements
Flowhub
Delivery notes will now be sent to Flowhub upon order submission.
Alleaves
Added support for Out-The-Door (OTD) pricing. When OTD pricing is enabled, the price will be pulled from the OTD field in Alleaves. If not enabled, pricing will continue to be pulled from the relevant fields based on the menu type.
If you are an existing dispensary, please reach out to support if you have this enabled in Alleaves but are not seeing the pricing in ecom reflecting the OTD pricing.
Treez
AIQ Ecom will now pass along any delivery fees to Treez. You may need to reach out to Treez to enable this on your point of sale.
Loyalty Sign Up
We have added another way for customers to signup for your stores loyalty program! When a customer is logged into their AIQ account on your menu, they can navigate to their Profile > Loyalty. Here they can:

Bug fixes
We’ve addressed and resolved several issues to improve your experience:
Fixed an issue where the Terpene filter was not returning products within specific categories.
Removed the maximum height restriction on the delivery zone field to make it easier to manage multiple zones added to a time slot.
Corrected discrepancies in totals and discounts when using ACH payments with time-based promotions after the initial order.
Resolved an issue where product review emails were not being sent.
Fixed a problem with images not being properly routed through our image processor.
Ensured the kiosk state is now correctly passed from the start modal to checkout.
Improved the usability of multi-input components for delivery zones, integration rooms, sub-statuses, and offers by removing the max height restriction. These components will now adjust dynamically based on the number of selections made.
