New Features

10DLC Registration Available

If you use AIQ for your marketing, retailers can now register for 10DLC through AIQ.

Benefits?

• Reduced carrier filtration (to regular industry levels)

• Can reduce your carrier fee cost (average of 60%)

• Better open and click through rates

How to Register?

Look for the 10DLC registration alert in your AIQ dashboard and complete the form. The form can also found in Settings > Texting Settings > Carrier Registration.

Design updates

New Left Nav
We’ve updated our look of the left navigation bar (this matches the AIQ Ecommerce look!) as we move towards a consistent design system for all of our apps.

New Text Settings
Text settings have also been updated with new branding.

My Profile has moved
The My Profile section can now be accessed in the header.

Company Switcher
If you are an agency that manages multiple company accounts, you can now easily switch between these accounts by clicking on the logo in the header.

Signup Forms have moved
Signup Forms were previously located in Settings. These have moved to the Customers section.

We have also added an optional toggle to enable Collectible Code redemption on Signup Forms. When enabled, this allows sign up form to accept collectible codes. This form can be embedded into your website to accept collectible codes from customers.

This can be found under Customers > Signup Forms > Configure Fields.

Macro Fallback
Now in the Personalization Macro drawer you’ll find a new field to enter text for your macros to fall back to should the macro information be missing.

New custom Email Campaign report options
Now when selecting custom date ranges a confirmation pop up will appear. Selecting "I'll wait" will process data and display it inside the platform. Selecting "Email me a link" will emails the user a link to the report.

Optimizations:

• Refer a Friend Copy Code improvements

  • Now when a user selects Refer a Friend in their wallet, it will copy a full message to their clipboard along with the referral link

  • Copied text is editable in App Settings > ‘RAF Share Text’

• Improved 10DLC registration flow

  • Improved error messaging

• Added ability to look up multiple receipt numbers in ‘Receipt Lookup’ when separating with a comma.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue when uploading multiple media images at a time in media library

• Fixed a bug that was preventing user login

• Fixed a bug that was impacting saving date ranges
