New Features

Product Carousel Widget

We’re excited to introduce the Product Carousel Widget, making it easy to showcase your products directly on your website. Here’s what you can do with this new feature:

• Dynamic Product Display: Display up to 10 products per carousel, highlighting key items for your customers.

• Seamless Navigation: When customers click on a product, they’ll be directed to that specific item on your menu.

• Flexible Filtering: Exclude products based on cannabis compliance type to ensure your widget displays the most relevant options.

• Customizable Sorting: Sort products by name, newest additions, or total units sold to align with your business goals.

To enable and customize the widget, navigate to Store Settings > Developer > Product Carousel Widget.

This tool makes it easier than ever to enhance your website and drive customer engagement!

Lab Enhancements

We’ve enhanced the way lab values are displayed on product cards to provide greater clarity for customers.

Previously, the highest value between THC and THCa was always labeled as THC, which sometimes led to confusion. Now, the displayed name will match the highest value. For example, if THCa is the higher value, it will be labeled as THCa. The same logic applies to CBD and CBDa, ensuring more accurate and transparent information.

This update makes it easier for customers to understand lab results at a glance.

Optimizations

• [Ecom] Loyalty Settings: Take full control of your loyalty program with enhanced settings:

  • Enable Loyalty: Allow customers to sign up for your loyalty program seamlessly at checkout.

  • Enable Discounts: Display available discounts directly during checkout for easy visibility.

  • Enable Redemption: Let customers redeem their discounts at checkout for a smooth experience.

These flexible options help you tailor your loyalty program to better serve your customers and business goals.

• [Ecom] COVA Enhancements: We’ve upgraded our COVA API integration to provide a more comprehensive and detailed sync experience for your business:

  • Full Product Sync: All products from COVA will now be pulled into AIQ Ecom, including those that are currently out of stock.

  • Batch-Level Lab Results: Lab results will now be synced at the batch level, giving you more accurate and detailed product data.

  • Speed Improvements: These changes allow us to sync your menu quicker than before.

These enhancements ensure your inventory and lab results are fully up-to-date, improving data accuracy and visibility across your platform.

Bug Fixes

• Illinois Tax: We’ve updated the THC9+THCa tax setting to align with Illinois state regulations. Previously, the tax combined the two lab results. Now, it follows the correct formula: THC + (0.877 * THCa). This ensures compliance with Illinois tax laws.

• Menu 404 Errors: To enhance reliability, we’ve addressed the random 404 errors that some stores were encountering. These fixes improve the stability and accessibility of your menus.

• Aeropay: We’ve resolved issues where some Aeropay transactions were being processed but not reflected in the e-commerce system or POS. This update ensures all payments are accurately tracked and processed.

To ensure maximum system reliability during the busy holiday season, we will temporarily pause all non-critical software updates. Only essential updates will be deployed during this time to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
