AIQ Updates for May 22nd, 2024
Kiosk PIN
Due to regulations in some states, AIQ Ecommerce has added a setting for kiosks that, when enabled, requires a PIN to be entered after each customer session. This PIN must be numerical and between four to six characters long. To enable, go to your store's kiosk settings, toggle on "Require staff PIN between each order," then set your numerical PIN in the box and save.
Once enabled, staff members will have to input the numerical PIN before each customer session.
POS Enhancements
Flowhub Maui:
When orders are marked as ready in Flowhub Maui, this status will sync over to AIQ Ecommerce and will update the order to "Ready for Pickup," which will trigger a text to be sent to the customer.
Treez:
When orders are moved to the "Ready" column in Treez, we will sync this status over to "Ready for Pickup." This will only apply to orders that are not for delivery. This will trigger a text notifying the customer that their order is ready for pickup.
When delivery orders are moved to "Out for Delivery" in Treez, we will sync this status over to "Out for Delivery" in ecomm. This will trigger a text notifying the customer that their order is out for delivery.
COVA:
Due to the highly configurable nature of COVA, we have added more ways to sync cannabis types from COVA to AIQ Ecommerce. We will now look for Strains, Strain, and Type when deciding if we should map these values over.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue causing canonical errors by ensuring the menu URL is in the
<head>
element of the page.When an offer is set up and all the items are deleted out of AIQ Ecommerce, the offer would previously be applied to all offers. We have corrected this so that if items are no longer available, the offer will be disabled.
Fixed a bug that caused the sort feature not to work on certain menu pages.
Fixed an issue where attempting to filter by brands which included an apostrophe resulted in no products being returned.
