AIQ Updates for February 4: Popup Surveys + download all responses

This update will be available on February 4, 2025.

Survey Redesign

We have redesigned our survey builder and the surveys themselves, updating the UI/UX based on feedback to both align to our new branding, and to create consistent experiences for you and your end-customers.

Note: Your existing surveys will auto-upgrade on February 4, 2025 . The previous version will continue to work as-is upon upgrade, so there is no action needed on your part, however, we are deprecating some features and adding new ones that you can take advantage of - see below.

New Survey Features

• Popup Surveys: Like signup forms, surveys now have support for 'pop up' features. This allows you to put your survey anywhere (on your website, ecommerce menu, etc.) and have it trigger (or popup) based on user behavior. See our help doc for more info.

• Download 1 CSV: You will now be able to download the entire response set in 1 CSV. Previously, you had to download answers individually.

• Design customization: Similar to signup forms, you can upload a background image or change the background color, and change font color.

• We have added data visualization (horizontal bar graphs) for survey responses

Unsupported Features

• Custom CSS will no longer be supported for Surveys.
