New Features

AI Image Scan

In an effort to assist our cannabis retailers with 10DLC text marketing compliance, AIQ has introduced a new AI image scanner.

When a cannabis account type uploads a texting image, opt-in image or avatar, AIQ will automatically scan the image to determine if it has cannabis/promotional marketing language or imagery in it. If the AI scan determines the image DOES contain these prohibited elements, it will prevent the account from using the image.

New Macro & Fallback

{{abandonedCartLocation}} allows retailers to dynamically use store name in abandoned cart emails and set a static fallback value if the macro doesn't populate a store name

New Audience Trait

This trait will allow users to build an audience of members who have referred a loyalty member that has used a specific discount. This can help you award or track referring patrons for helping grow your loyalty members.

Optimizations

  • [Loyalty] Points accrual by opt-in status: users can now optionally zero out points balance for customers who enter a opt-out freeze window. Previous functionality forced users to zero out points balance for customers entering opt-out freeze.

  • [Marketing] New font supported: Manrope

  • [API] We will now filter out blacklisted contacts for the /GET all contacts API endpoint

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that removed survey response visualizations for multi-select questions. Visualizations have been restored.

  • Fixed a bug in audience builder that was causing destination checkboxes to show as disabled despite being enabled.
