12.13.22

  • New - Add/create new audiences to an existing campaign

    • Dashboard > Recipes > Manage Recipes

    • You now have the ability to add or create new audiences and add them to existing recipes.

  • New - Ability to reset points for entire account

    • Settings > Company Account > Loyalty Settings > Advanced

    • You now have the ability to reset or wipe points prior to a specific date. Doing so means any events that took place prior to the date you set will not count towards a persona's points.

  • New - Add 'personalization macro list' from Campaign Builder to Texting Default page

    • Settings > Company Account > Texting Settings

    • You can now use those nifty personalization macros from the campaign builder in your default text message templates. It's important to note that you still want to avoid any restricted and/or promotional language in these templates so be sure that things like favoriteStoreShopURL don't contain any 'banned' words that could cause filtration issues.

  • New - Campaign forecaster

    • Campaigns

    • Similar to the Audience Forecaster, you now have the ability to see the forecasted size of the campaign; how many messages will be sent out. After you select an audience for your campaign, scroll to the right and click 'Forecast' to see the predicted number of messages that will be sent out. You can also see which contacts are in the audience you're messaging by clicking 'Spot Check' which will open up a modal/list of contacts in the audience.

  • Updated - Roles and permissions

    • Settings > Team Members

    • As Spiderman's uncle once said, With great dashboard updates comes great user permission changes and who has access to which pages in the AIQ dashboard. But seriously, we added a new 'Financial' role and changed a few permissions. You can find the changes on the Team Members page.

  • New - Notification for "unclosed" macros when building campaigns

    • Campaigns

    • If you use AIQ's Personalization Macros, this bud's for you. Previously, if you misspelled or incorrectly formatted a macro, it would just send out and result in the customer receiving a message that looks like it was sent in actual code. We added a notification that'll let you know you have "unclosed macros" that need to be checked before publishing because we don't want you sending out schwag messages.

  • Updated - Loyalty Settings & Points Reporting

    • Settings > Loyalty Settings

    • We updated our Loyalty Settings page as part of a larger project to update the UI (make it prettier) of the dashboard. You'll notice more tooltips, a more intuitive navigation, standardized and cleaner colors and fonts, & a new Points Reporting page (if you're granted access) to generate automated reports on a cadence of your choosing. Find the updated platform guide here: Loyalty Settings & Reporting

  • Updated - Native App Settings

    • Settings > Native App Settings

    • We want to make things easier for you so we updated the Native App Settings page to make things a little more intuitive while setting up your mobile apps. While the flow and tooltips make things pretty straightforward, we also updated our Native App Settings page to provide additional details.

  • Updated - Texting Settings

    • Settings > Texting Settings

    • Having already explained our UI updates project, I'll you some time and just say that the Texting Settings page has been updated, looks better, and is more fun to work through. You also now have the ability to enable refreshes on your account if you switch from Light to Premium style messaging.

    • Settings > Design > Sign-up Forms

    • We added a few bells and whistles to our sign-up forms. We updated our Sign-up Forms guide and included the walk-through of the new features below. If custom inputs are your jam, grab some popcorn and enjoy this cinematic masterpiece.
