Our newest update is set to be released this week!

Design updates

We’ve made further improvements to the dashboard based on user feedback. In this update, we’ve removed the hamburger menu and enhanced the side navigation bar. The side nav is now always visible, no matter which page you’re on, for easier access. Need to log out, view your account, or access support links? These options are still available through your profile, which has been relocated to the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Updated groupings

In our ongoing effort to optimize the shopping experience, we’ve introduced key updates to how products with multiple variants or grouped options are presented. When customers encounter products with different weights or tiers, they will now find a convenient dropdown directly on the product card, allowing them to effortlessly select their preferred option before adding it to their cart. This improvement not only creates a more intuitive and seamless interaction but also helps maintain a clean and cohesive look across the menu.

We believe these enhancements will lead to a smoother user experience and support more efficient browsing and purchasing.

Ohio compliance

To align with compliance requirements in the Ohio non-medical market, we have implemented updates to how medical and non-medical menus are connected. For locations set up with an Ohio address, the term "Non Med" will now replace "Rec" in areas where it typically appears in other markets. These updates include:

  • The Med/Non Med dropdown in the store’s header

  • Session start screens on kiosks

  • Receipts and email communications

  • Location metadata settings

Bug fixes

  • Previously we were applying the recreational price from DutchiePOS price tiers to both medical and recreational menus. We have updated our logic to apply the correct price based on the menu type.

  • The offer tile was not appearing on product pages if the purchase quantity rule was set at greater than or equal to two.
