Personas Redesign

We have redesigned the Customers > Personas section, including the personas table, persona details, the staff view, and bulk importing.

Personas Table

• Filters: The filtering options that were previously available via the 'smart search', are now styled as filter dropdowns.

• Archived Personas are now accessible from the more (...) menu

• Downloading Signatures and CSVs are now accessible from the more (...) menu

• NEW: You now have the ability to pick which columns to show/hide in the Personas table

Adding Personas + Bulk Importing Personas

Click the plus button (+) on the personas page to add new personas. You have the option to either Create a single new persona, or bulk import personas via a csv (importing personas was previously located in Settings > Import Personas).

Persona Details

• The General tab will contain the same details, but now you can access the links (such as Open in staff app), from the more (...) menu:

• The Points tab is still the spot to manually adjust points and get a points overview, however the timeline of points events have moved to the history tab.

• The History tab is where you can see everything user-history: Tab between Points, Messages, Redemptions, Surveys, Actions, and Pixel events.

• Discounts and the ability to redeem discounts (on behalf of the customer) remains on the Discounts tab.

Staff App

The Staff View has also been reskinned to our new design system. The functionality is the same.

Receipt Lookup

Receipt Lookup is a tool that can be used to help troubleshoot issues related to personas and the data attached to them. Previously, this was available for our own support team, we have now opened this up to all accounts.
